DMCA and Template Removal

Templatess respects the work of template creators and copyright owners. If a template, preview or credit on our site involves your work, we will act on your request quickly.

Who Can Send a Request

  • Template creators who want a template removed from Templatess
  • Creators whose template is credited to the wrong name
  • Copyright owners, or their authorized agents, who believe content on our site infringes their rights

What to Include

Email [email protected] with the subject "Removal request" or "Credit fix" and include:

  1. Your name and a way to contact you
  2. The full link to each page on Templatess where the content appears
  3. A link to the original template or to your CapCut profile
  4. Proof that you own the work or the account, such as a screenshot of your CapCut profile while you are signed in
  5. What you want: removal, or the correct creator name for the credit
  6. For copyright claims: a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized, a statement that your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or are authorized to act for the owner, plus your full name as an electronic signature

How We Respond

We review every request and respond within 72 hours. When a request is valid, we remove the template from our pages or correct the credit, then confirm by email. If we need more information to verify ownership, we will ask for it.

Templates Hosted on CapCut

The templates themselves live on CapCut; we only list and link to them. Removing a listing from Templatess does not remove the template from CapCut. To take a template down from CapCut itself, use CapCut's own reporting tools or contact CapCut directly.

Requests that are false or misleading may be ignored. For general questions, visit our contact page.
